Like I said before, 1920s flapper dress style was influenced by Jazz music, but it doesn't mean ladies will only dress short flapper dress for the parties. All you need is a piece of maxi dress for the ball, unless you are on the stage for Jazz performance. Simple cut maxi dress with nice decorations are still the best to show mature women's elegance.

I do love this dress, but because of I see this type of dress in such limited situations, I associate it with parties or someone on a stage singing (Agatha Christie's episodes ahah).
