Show room during Milan Fashion week #2-Retro Sweetness!

   We have to admit the Prada show is one of the most expected shows in Milan every time. I like very extreme sense of work, neat, romantic, creative. One of the most important reasons I love Prada is because you never know what will Miuccia create next time. It is difficult to define a style for Prada exactly, think that is why this label could always be fresh and charming. As usual the 2012ss collection surprised everyone yet again.

   "Retro Sweetness"is an accurate word to describe the newest collection."50s, Car and Rose" are the main inspiration keywords. It isn't just simply sweetness, they are sweet but rigid as well,it reminds me the glamours speedy beauty in the old movies. They are charming,glamourous,sweet,creative and artistic,the details impressed me very much. All the people in showroom said" Oh my god these are so beautiful! I love to have them all." fashion needs to be artistic and fun from my point of view. I will say, for me prada's ss collections will be one of the hottest inspiration for the next summer trend.

Show room during Milan Fashion week #1- Tod's timeless elegance.

Tod's 2012ss per-view stick to their style, present a timeless chic. The collections of next season pay a tribute to the fashion icon Diana Vreeland. There was a mini exhibition about her in the garden outside of the showroom as well. fabric's splicing,tassel and washable leather, beading shoes are always be the great elements for elegant ladies.

Quantum Present.

It is very common to see the cooperations between Automobil company and Fashion medias. But it is not easy to see any poetic,meaningful,artistic photography like Chadwick Tyler editorial, for Grey Magazine’s upcoming issue ,in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, at Stuttgart Mercedes-Benz museum. These pictures remind me 40s-50s Bresson's style, I mean it is timeless to these image, you could feel something from these pictures,some emotion that is too vague to discribe. somehow innocent, but you could read some stories from these model's eyes.
  Actually this museum was the first place I visit in Germany many years ago, it is the only museum in the world that can document in a single continuous timeline over 120 years of auto industry from its very beginnings to the present day.Like I said before,they really look serious on their history, also have great views of the futures. Also, Mercedes is the only one Automobil brand which really support fashion industry propely and have impressive results. it is respectful.
